- Andrew Diss, SVP, Chief Strategy Officer, Meruelo Gaming, says the Ivanpah Airport will be the talk of the 2023 legislature because we are very close to hitting the limit at the Harry Reid International Airport on how many people the city can get in or out. He later says if the Brightline high speed rail project happens, there are discussions that they will have a stop at the new airport and the final termination will be closer to Las Vegas Boulevard.
