"I was just recently, within the last year, on a major accident, on my fulltime job as a battalion chief, with an undocumented, unlicensed, uninsured person who killed several people on our freeway in Southern Nevada. That’s a tough issue so I can see both sides of it. I’d have to see the details. I think there’s some merit to the licensing but I’m not sure how far we want to go. "
